By signing up to Elotpayment and opening an account, you are agreeing to enter into this user agreement (the “User Agreement”) by and between you and Elot Payment Systems, and be legally bound by its terms and conditions, so please read them carefully. Please also note that there may be specific terms or conditions applicable to you as a user in a given jurisdiction, as detailed herein. If any term or condition of this User Agreement is unacceptable to you, please do not visit, access, or use Elotpayment. Use of the words “we” or “our” in this User Agreement refers to Elot Payment Systems and any or of its affiliates.


Any information (s) we collect from you is for the sole use of identifying and providing you with quality service. We will neither lend nor sale out any of your personal details nor use it for any other activity outside serving you.


However, we will comply fully with the law if we are demanded to provide any details about you which is within our reach.we collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.


When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: full name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number.


USING OUR SERVICES
In order to open an account and use Elotpayment, your identity must be verified, authenticated, and checked against government watchlists, including the Office of the State Security Service (“SSS”). Failure to complete any of these steps will result in your inability to use Elotpayment. Prior to opening an account, we attempt to collect, verify, and authenticate the following information: Email address, Mobile phone number, Full legal name, National identification card or NIC or any comparable form of identification issued by government, Date of birth (“DOB”), Proof of identity (e.g., driver’s license, passport or government-issued ID), Home address (not a mailing address or P.O. Box) and Additional information or documentation at the discretion of our Compliance Team. Customers are required to provide proof of address (e.g., electric, gas or water bill).


If you successfully meet and complete our CIP requirements and do not appear on any other government watchlist, then we will provide you with account opening agreements electronically.


By signing up to Elotpayment and opening an account, you have affirmed that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement by and between you and Elot Payment Systems, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement in their entirety.We offer our services to only Nigerians resident in Nigeria or abroad. Our service is available to registered and verified customers only. Any deposit made to our bank account without following due process as contain in the users member area will not be treated. Such customer will be forced to register and verify an elorpayment account before funding. We may not refund, Please be informed! All transactions are concluded within 0 - 24 hours maximum, mosttime its instant but If there is any delay in your account funding or withdrawal, you should endeavour to get in touch with our support department on the contact information listed on our contact page.We pay cash for the exact amount of the E-currency amount we receive into our E-currency account. Please take notice of this, you are the one to bear the receiving fund fee at a particular time you make a spend to us.


By logging into your account, you are agreeing to enter into this amended User Agreement by and between you and Elot Payment Systems, and be legally bound by its terms and conditions, including any of its changes. Among other things, this means that, if you log into your account and use Elot Payment Systems after a revision to this User Agreement, transactions that you or others have already undertaken, and benefits, such as Account Termination and Account Remedies for Breach sections. You should, therefore, read this User Agreement from time to time, and we have the right to require your affirmative assent and continuing acceptance of this User Agreement, from time to time, as a condition of logging into Elot Payment Systems. If you do not agree to be legally bound by this User Agreement and all of its terms and conditions (as amended from time to time), you should not log into your account or use Elot Payment Systems. Should you disagree to this User Agreement (including any changes or amendments), please review the Account Closure section to close your account.
